GAgives Day: We support teachers!

This year, our GAgives Day focus is on our teachers.

GAgives Day connects Georgians with nonprofits for the largest day of giving in our state. We are calling on Counterpane families and alumni to show your support by making a gift to our teachers’ classrooms for GAgives Day on November 30.

Our teachers have been the glue that held our community together this year. They’ve been the very definition of flexible, pivoting between in-person learning and Zoom for those who were in quarantine, and they’ve brainstormed and planned activities in and out of school that kept our community members feeling safe but connected. Our teachers’ dedication to their students is unparalleled, and we are so grateful for them.

Your gift is a tangible reminder to our teachers of your support and commitment to learning, and when your gift arrives, the excitement from both the teachers and the students is palpable.

Participate in GAgives Day this year by gifting an item from our teachers’ classroom wish lists. Here’s how:

If you order from Amazon, kindly include the gift receipt so we know who the gift is from.

As always, we are thankful for your unwavering support. And with your gift, we can show our teachers how much their hard work has meant to all of our families, past and present.
